Welcome to the Lincoln Saints Federation, where we are delighted to offer exceptional letting opportunities within our special needs schools. Our federation is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing a range of versatile spaces suitable for various purposes within the community. Whether you require access to our hydropools for hydrotherapy sessions, spacious classrooms for workshops or training programs, our main hall for conferences or events, or even our expansive field and playgrounds for recreational activities, we have the perfect venue for you. Our facilities are designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals with special requirements, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all. We invite organisations, community groups, and individuals to explore the letting opportunities available and experience the welcoming atmosphere at St Christopher's Special School and St Francis Special School.

With two state-of-the-art facilities, we offer therapy providers and organizations a unique space for hydrotherapy and therapeutic activities. Our hydropools are designed to cater to diverse needs, and with the inclusion of hoists we can provide a safe and inclusive environment.

Our well-equipped classrooms provide the perfect environment for workshops, educational programs, and small group activities. In addition, our classrooms feature dedicated toilet/hygiene suites, ensuring convenience and comfort for all attendees. These suites are designed with accessibility and inclusivity in mind, offering facilities including hoists, that cater specifically to the needs of individuals with special requirements.

Our secure playground is designed to provide a safe and controlled environment for individuals with special needs. The high fences surrounding the playground ensure the utmost safety and security, giving you peace of mind while the children explore and engage in recreational activities. The playground is equipped with road markings, including crosswalks, stop signs, and traffic signals, this unique space offers an educational and interactive experience where children can learn about road safety in a controlled setting.
